General Questions
Is there any commitment?
No! You can cancel anytime you'd like. You do have to select a package, however, in order to be published.
Do my products sync with the app?
Yes. All of your initial products are synchronized with Drobile, and any updates made to products or collections thereafter will be reflected on your application instantly. In fact, if you happen to change the price of a product while a customer is checking out, we let them know before the final transaction is completed.
Can I change my plan later on?
Yes, at any time you may upgrade or downgrade your plan.
I can't afford Drobile, what are my options?

App Questions
Are the apps truly native?
Yes! The only place you will see a webview in your application is during the final checkout process, after the cart has been completed. While we'd love to make the checkout completely native, this goes against Shopify's app store guidelines. We are working with Shopify to make this portion of the application fully native, while retaining PCI compliance.
What happens to my app if I cancel?
If you cancel your subscription with Drobile (or your card gets declined) all of your store settings (colors, etc.) will be safely retained for the future. Your store will leave a presentable message to customers stating your store is currently offline and will be back shortly. We will still allow them to contact you through the application. In case there are any simple billing misunderstandings with an expired credit card, we give a 24 hour grace period before our system automatically leaves this message to your customers.
What payment gateways does the app support?
We support all payment gateways associated with your store in Shopify. Since we link directly to your mobile web checkout, it's already configured properly.
Will I see the login screen in the Drobile previewer on my published app?
No. That will be removed when your application is published.
